You have a startup, Bricky, which is a ride sharing app for scooters. Users are using your app to rent a scooter and offboard the scooter whenever they want.

However while you are growing you have huge problems with your users, because users are parking their scooters in the wrong place, and you are losing a lot of money because of the fines.
You have to find a way to solve this problem.
It makes sense to force users to take a photo during offboarding and check photos with AI if the scooters are parked in the right place, but you need to AI for that. Instead of AI you start with Qrambo to get PMF before making investment to the AI.

Get Image When User Offboards
When user offboard, send a photo of the scooter to Qrambo
Check if the scooter is parked in the right place
Qrambo will check if the scooter is parked in the right place
Send a report to the user and the user will pay the fine
Qrambo will send a report to the backend and the user will pay the fine if the scooter is not parked in the right place
